About me and my practice

I work by providing an environment that helps people flourish and find their authentic and vital self.

I originally qualified in person centred counselling, this approach focuses on the experiences and needs of a person helping them to discover their own answers at their own pace. I then trained as a Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist, here we explore how the experiences someone has gone through shape them into the person they become.

I was drawn to working as a therapist from a combination of my own life experiences and those close to me, we all have a past and I am no different.

In this call we can discuss what you might like to gain from coming to therapy and what I can offer. If we both feel we are well matched then we can book a regular weekly time slot.

I offer a free initial phone call to see if we would feel comfortable working together, this lasts up to 30 minutes and you can ask any questions you may have about me or my approach.

£55 per 50 minute session

Tuesday and Friday daytimes/evenings, other weekday evenings are available.
